If this is your first time visiting a clinic and speaking with a hearing expert, we understand this can be new, and perhaps daunting. Preparing for your visit
We want to help you from our first meeting. For first-time visitors, we ask that you to bring the following items to your appointment:
- a valid picture ID
- insurance card, if applicable
- interpreter, if needed
- current hearing aids, if applicable
- list of problem sounds
We also encourage you to bring a family member or friend to accompany you on your first visit. Spouses, sons & daughters or close friends often identify difficult hearing situations and can be the first clear voice you'll hear when a hearing solution is found.
