- Joel Jackson, Au.D."Dr. Joel Jackson joined the team at AudioNova in 2021. He is a licensed Audiologist and attended school at Arizona State University for his bachelor’s in Speech and Hearing Science and his doctorate in Audiology. Dr. Jackson was a native of Arizona before moving to Washington in 2021. Dr. Jackson has a passion for helping adults and geriatric patients utilize technology to achieve their best possible hearing. His schooling and appreciation for music have taught Dr. Jackson how important hearing is and the improvement fine-tuned hearing aids can make for those with hearing loss. Dr. Jackson also enjoys mixing live music at a loudness level for safe listening. Additionally, his experience in previous roles taught him how to serve others with excellence."
- Lauren Swanson, H.A.S.Lauren Swanson is devoted to being active and keeping the body healthy, physically and mentally. She has always had an attachment to helping others in any shape or form and wanted to turn that into a career. Unexpectedly, she found a passion for hearing when she realized it’s more than just hearing aids: it’s helping individuals connect with their loved ones and keep in tune with their style of living. Lauren graduated from Bates Technical College, where she deepened her passion for bettering people’s lives through hearing. Lauren’s primary focus is not where you are at with your hearing, but where you want to be so, you can start living the fullest life possible.
