Her clinical specialties include diagnostic testing of both adults and children, hearing aid fitting, auditory processing disorder evaluations, and newborn hearing screenings. She helped design and implement the newborn hearing screening program at Blount Memorial Hospital and has worked with The Hearing & Speech Foundation (HSF), a local non-profit started by the clinic’s previous owner over 40 years ago.
Natalie is passionate about her profession, and her favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is improving the daily lives of her patients. She aims to provide a comfortable, caring environment for each of them and to help them hear the best they can. She also enjoys getting to know her patients and hearing their stories.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and reading. She is married to Brad, and they have two children, their daughter Laine and their son Luke, who has special needs. During the COVID quarantine, Natalie and Brad started making cutting boards as a thank you to all those who helped care for and prayed for their son. They call them the Lukey Boards, and have made over 200 so far!
Natalie is patient, caring, and detail-oriented, according to her patients. She also loves University of Tennessee football and basketball. She graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1998, with a major in Communication Disorders and earned a Masters Degree in Audiology."
