"Molly Ruschau started her journey of helping people when her mother had a life changing event. She wanted to know what to do to make things better and did not have the knowledge to do so.
After that experience, Molly went to school to earn her license as a Registered Nurse. During school, she was raising 3 very active boys and needed to work full-time. The only reason that Molly succeeded was because she had a husband who gave her support and encouragement and would not let her fail.
Molly worked in acute care as a nurse, but her passion was always for working with the elderly. To this day, Molly respects and admires the generation that precedes her. It is so important to listen to their trials and tribulations and learn from them.
Molly switched careers and transitioned to hearing health. She has been blessed and rewarded with helping people hear better, which allows them to communicate with their children and grandchildren.
“Don’t just live, be a part of life. Take care of your whole self that includes your hearing health.”"
