- Lisa Thomas, Au.D."Lisa Thomas, Au.D., CCC-A, is a New York State licensed audiologist and registered hearing aid dispenser at Maico Hearing Aid Service, now part of AudioNova, located in Liverpool, NY. She received her Bachelor’s Degree and Clinical Doctorate of Audiology from Syracuse University in 2009. She is currently a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Thomas began her career with Maico in January 2010. Her passion is improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing loss using the latest hearing technologies. In her free time, Dr. Thomas enjoys being with family and going hiking."
- Crystal S. Thomas, H.I.S."Crystal Thomas began her career at Maico Hearing Aid Service, now a part of AudioNova (located in Liverpool, NY), in October of 2011. She became a NYS registered hearing aid dispenser in September of 2013. In 2005, before beginning her career in the hearing health care field, she received her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Brockport in English with a concentration in childhood education. Crystal’s teaching background helped prepare her to educate and counsel people about their hearing loss and hearing health needs. She believes that getting treatment for hearing loss can greatly improve communication with loved ones and overall quality of life. She is a member of the Hearing HealthCare Alliance of New York, Inc. Crystal loves to travel and spend time with her two rescue dogs."
