- Kelly Black, H.I.S."Kelly Black, H.I.S., has been a Patient Care Coordinator for eight years, witnessing the profound effects of hearing loss on patients and their families. Her passion for helping others led her to become a Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist, graduating from Alpaca University in 2023. She now works to help others by providing comprehensive hearing care, knowing her skills will make a difference in the lives of those she serves. Kelly has lived in Ocean Springs for 20 years. Her favorite things to do outside of work are spending time with her grandchildren, watching her husband perform (a musician), painting, and crafting."
- Lisa Patton, H.I.S."Meet Lisa Patton, H.I.S., a compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova in Ocean Springs, with a wealth of experience testing and treating children and adults with hearing loss. Lisa’s professional journey began with a degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2008. Motivated by the impact of hearing loss on her own family members, she became a hearing care provider, driven by the desire to help others participate fully in family gatherings. As a long-term resident of the region, Lisa’s dedication to volunteer work with her church shows her commitment to her community. Outside of work, she finds joy in spending time with her family, indulging in horseback riding, and creating cherished memories on vacations to the mountains, the beach, and Disney.
