Over the years, she diligently worked her way up to become an Audiology Technician before obtaining her Hearing Aid Specialist license in 2021. Her clinical expertise lies in conducting hearing aid evaluations and fittings, as well as providing essential tinnitus treatment. Nicole’s motivation for this profession is deeply personal. She knows the challenges of hearing loss and tinnitus firsthand, which fuels her commitment to helping others on their hearing journey. She aspires to re-introduce the world of sound to her patients, thereby enhancing their quality of life. Outside of her professional life, Nicole enjoys crafting jewelry and accessories, spending time with her beloved cat, D.va Louise, and diving into thrilling novels.
