Jacob Giddings, H.I.S.
Jacob Giddings is passionate about helping others understand how important hearing health is to their overall well-being. He comes from a long line of hearing health professionals and gets his motivation from his mother, Michelle Giddings, who has been in the hearing industry for over 30 years. Jacob has known since high school that he wanted to follow in his mother’s footsteps.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree from Aquinas College, he began working as an audiologist assistant and is now a hearing healthcare provider himself.
Andrea Tomes, H.I.S
Andrea Tomes, H.I.S., is a Hearing Instrument Specialist for AudioNova at the Ludington clinic. Her clinical specialties include hearing aid sales and fitting. She graduated from the Swiss International Hearing Academy and has a strong focus on patient education and advocacy, striving to empower patients through informed choices about hearing health. She is committed to enhancing the quality of life for hearing impaired individuals.
Andrea is currently working on a degree in Communication and Arts at West Shore Community College. She became a hearing care provider after seeing firsthand how hearing devices helped her family. Andrea's favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is seeing the looks and smiles on her patients’ faces when they hear sounds they have not heard in a while.
