Monica Money, H.I.S.

Monica Money, HIS, is a Hearing Instrument Specialist at AudioNova, serving patients at the Alton and Edwardsville clinics. Her clinical specialties include conducting hearing evaluations and troubleshooting connectivity issues with smartphones. Monica earned an Associate’s degree in Applied Science from Ozarks Technical Community College in 2022. Her passion lies in helping patients reconnect with their loved ones through improved hearing. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her dog, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Once I got to Mid America Audiology in Alton, I was greeted kindly. I was told to make out some information for them. I was then greeted by Tim, an audiologist, to give me my hearing test. He went over my results of my test, and told me what the results meant. I was treated with respect.

The appointments with Mid America Audiology in Alton could not have been any better. The staff of Tim, Monica and Bree were extremely professional and patient with my 97 year old father. Tim worked with us to find hearing aids that would allow Dad to hear, but were easy for him to handle and get them on and off the charger. I Definitely recommend this business.

My dealings with Mid America Audiology has been excellent! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Tim has been extremely helpful in addressing my hearing issues and spent the necessary time exposing my loss and hearing instrument options following my hearing test. Awaiting receipt of my new hearing aids and getting them dialed in. I have worn hearing aids for 20+ years and dealt with Mid America Audiology under Greg Maag. I am extremely satisfied with the new management at the Alton facility.

Great experience at Mid America audiology in Alton. They were very friendly and answered all my questions in easy terms. Before Mid America Audiology, I went to another place to get my hearing checked. It wasn't a complete exam. They just tried to push hearing aids on me. Not the case here. I was told hearing aids wouldn't help at this time. I will be back!

I had a great experience at Mid America Audiology. I was checked in quickly. The front desk staff was friendly and outgoing. The testing was a very comfortable atmosphere. The doctor explained each test very well and in great depth so that I understood what each test was looking for. The exam rooms and office were all clean and sanitized as well. When you go into a medical visit like this and are anxious about the outcome, it is so nice to be comfortable and at ease the whole time. So- thank you for your professionalism, friendliness, and help. It was a great visit.
