The audiological staff at Concept by Iowa Hearing by AudioNova have been proudly serving the residents of Davenport for many years. We are a vital member of Davenport's vibrant healthcare community and take pride in providing world-class hearing care locally.
- Kat Klauer, H.I.S.Kat Klauer is a licensed hearing instrument specialist and a lead expert in the Davenport and Clinton clinics in Iowa. She has over ten years experience and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and staying ahead of the curve on new technology. She provides an array of professional hearing services to meet her patients’ needs. Tune in on Saturday mornings at 7:30 on WOC 1420 am “Listen & Learn” to hear Kat discuss how hearing is related to our brain’s health and ties in with other health conditions. Kat has lived in the Quad Cities for over 25 years. She attended the University of Iowa and has a background in healthcare. Kat is married with three children and a dog. She enjoys baking, outdoor activities, and volunteering in the community.
- Shauna Learn, H.I.SShauna Learn is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She splits her time, seeing patients in the Davenport/QC, Clinton, and Dubuque clinics. She attended Olivet Nazarene University. Shauna has been with Concept for several years. She started with the company in an administrative role and then moved to Colorado for 10 months. While in Colorado, Shauna had the opportunity to study with several Doctors of Audiology and learned to identify different types of hearing issues. She enjoys helping patients at such a vulnerable time in their lives. When Shauna is not in the clinic, she loves to cheer on her teenage boys during their sports and choir/band concerts. Shauna, her husband, two sons, and golden retriever “Rocky” reside just outside of the Quad Cities. They love traveling and watching the Saint Louis Cardinals play at any chance they get.
