A few of Kara's favorite activities include going to the beach or pool, going out on the boat and trying trendy new restaurants. She also enjoys cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Atlanta Braves.
"My favorite part of working as a hearing care provider is experiencing patients faces lighting up when they start to hear what they've been missing for however many years and seeing their excitement. I've always wanted to help people and my profession allows me to do so on a daily basis. I get to meet so many different people with so many different stories. I find it all very inspiring and it's why I enjoy what I do."
